killer loads of fun week!

Grandpa Ted and Grandma Marshia were in town for their annual visit and we totally put on our fun hats and headed down to the Gene Autry museum! T'was a rootin tootin good time! I panned for gold and now I'm like a millionaire or something because gold prices are at an all time high according to those commercials!

Off to Legoland! The land of the legos! There were so many things to do it was making my head spin. We got into some real good water fights and I got lots of experience waiting in long lines.

And a friendly Lego lion ate me!

And I was captain of this train!

And I drove a car like nobody's business! Some kids were real hapless and couldn't get a handle on the steering + pressing the gas but not I! I was born to burn rubber (or legos)!

We also hit up the downtown library and I showed the gang what a cool place this is! Books and pretty murals that almost distracted me from the books!

Happy 4th of July!

pow pow! Those were some crazy loud crackers! So beautiful and dazzling tho. I could almost reach out and touch em like these folx in the picture. We went out to the local fiesta and I ate a cupcake and got a shooting star painted on my face.

Of course I was dolled up in my all american gear! Gotta represent!

We had a really fantastic time! Nothing beats a picnic under the stars. Daddy is putting on a brave face here but really he's hiding the pain of never getting to taste something called a potato tornado because the line was too long. Poor guy. He should just be glad to live in a country where ingenuity is thriving and we never have to wait too long for another food type innovation to come 'round the corner....
