Roky!

Roky Erickson and Okkervil River played a secret show just for kids (and their parents)! I totally refused all attempts that my mom made to get earplugs in. ROCK N ROLL!

There was also other stuff going on like face painting! I got a perfect glittery butterfly. I tell mom and dad weekly that we need to go get butterfly tattoos on our arms. Wouldn't that be the best?

They also had free ice cream but I don't really want to talk about that cause they ran out right before I got to the front of the line. Man, that was tough. Thankfully the parents made good on their promise to get some later and we loaded up on tons of ice cream before dinner! Dessert should ALWAYS come first! That way you don't have to worry about being too full.

Here I am just inches away from rock legend Roky Erickson's sweatpants! I was awestruck. He was in the 13th floor elevators back in the olden days.

There was a question and answer sesh after the band played and it was pretty entertaining. He funny.

There was a potluck/splashfest at the daycare!

I hit this slide like 100 times or somethin'!

I am so jazzed that it's practically summer! I could splash around in the water all day.

Dandy Land!!!!!!!

Where has this place been all my life? I had no idea that the princesses and Mickey Mouse all lived in the same place! Why aren't we here everyday?

When I got here, I couldn't even control myself.....it was like I totally lost my mind. I just kept repeating " I like this place! I like this place!" and did this skippy walk all crazy style. I saw some kids on their parents shoulders and thought that was a great idea. I'm glad dad was into it.

This dumbo ride was pretty good. I really really really loved it's a small world better than anything! That ride is insane! I was really screaming my head off in there!
I could have totally lived without that pirates of the caribbean debacle, however. It was like all my nightmares in one place and not one princess in the place. Not for me.

There was lots to scream about all over the place.

There were these big picture windows with different Disney movie scenes in miniature and I was totally mesmerized by the Ratatouille one! It was a real gasser! The ratat guy was swooping all over the place and it was just killing me! I coulda stayed there all day! Ha!

Sweet memories make for sweet dreams. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!

What a great day!We went to mom's new favorite breakfast place-HUCKLEBERRY-and then for a quick beach jaunt and also got in some carouselling! It got a little chilly willy but the sky was fantastic blue....

My mommy said that she was so so so so happy and lucky to be my momma! What a sap! I'm really glad that she had such a super day...
